Well, I've lost thirteen pounds total in the last five weeks, and I feel really good about myself. However, I have been slacking off on my water intake. I need to drink 64 ounces each day, and I haven't been doing that. A couple days last week, I didn't even touch water, which may explain why the rate of my weight loss has been reduced to 1 1/2 pounds per week. I think I've slowly been gaining my water weight back, so that'll be something to work on this week.
And I know that I said I'd only work on one habit at a time, but I really need to start taking better care of my nails. As in, I need to quit biting them. Strategies anyone?

in reference to your nails, i have the same problem. Something that tends to help me is if i keep them polished, b/c when you bite your nails and you taste the nail polish its nasty... i dunno it usually works for me. keep up the good work with your weight and post about your other life happenings too! I miss them!
